HORRIBLE COMPANY. We are court appointed deputy acting on behalf my uncle. His mobile number tied to prudential was not updated to latest. As deputy, we request prudential to update for us on behalf. Because if the number is not updated, we can't login to manage his policy. Prudential, being a NASTY ASS refused to assist, despite us having the court authority (court order) submitted. Instead prudential is telling us, if no one updates the number then is no issue as no one will login to my uncle's account. HELLO EXCUSE ME, HOW CAN PRUDENTIAL GIVE SUCH STUPID REASONING??
