Great price, quality leather, slow delivery time
For the price, we give 5 stars. The furniture cost 20% less than a local store was charging. We refused delivery on a damaged sectional on March 21 that we ordered on February 14. The person we dealt with, Niña Lene, was great. She did everything she could to resolve the matter and was very responsive. She would get 5 stars. But it took much longer to get the replacement sectional (over 11 weeks) than it did to get the original (5 weeks). The replacement did not arrive until June 10. The delivery time gets 2 stars.
