Terrible experience
Terrible experience. If I had a choice of negative stars, I would do that. First it took them 3 months to find a VA. They claim to have thousands of resumes. They only had one choice of a person, ‘not multiple’. I hired her. She was caught doing another company’s work while being paid from me (I hired her full time). This was stealing. I get it that it wasn’t Bruntwork’s fault for her ethics. They couldn’t fine replacement for 2 months again. I wasted a lot of precious time with them. I also ended up paying for an incompetent and unethical person’s time, which is fine. But these guys took the money in advance from me for an over month and wouldn’t refund me the balance, let alone the full money for their incompetence. After numerous reminders and emails, they only refunded half of even the balance after deducting the FULL pay for this person. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
