Everything. Your company is inept. You cost me an 8 thousand dollar trip. Your delivering my Passport was 2 days late. Patti Henriquez didnt answer my calls for 2 days. That 2 days cost me to be late for my flight. No other flight options were available. Lily also was quite useless. I will be offering very poor reviews all over the internet on your behalf. I asked for a manager a dozen times or more, nothing. I literally called your despicable company 20 or more times last Tuesday, no one had a clue. You are awful. If I could give you less than zero...i would a 100 times over.
