Sometimes good, sometimes Liars and thieves
I booked a flight at 11am. Cost was roughly 2000. Their email asked me to call them back, once I did, the price was up to $3200, then 3400, then 3590. They wanted me to check my text messages and email for a code from my bank and give them my card details. I said I would call back again. I checked online and was able to find the same flight from the airline for 3000. I called them back to cancel, and they were rude saying that the flight is now 7000 so I need to pay the difference of the 2000 to 3700 because they cannot cancel. Then they say that they will refund me a small portion to cancel. They do not seem legit. I am sure they do help some people, but they are liars in order to get your money. Please beware!
