I am appalled by this company
I am appalled by this company! Bigger fall me to think this was a Sydney company as the name suggests. I ordered what looked like platform ankle boots in nude leather and received a cheap vinyl knock of in tan colour. I spoke to customer service and said I was sending them back the same day I received them on 17th September and after multiple emails and tracking they have turned up back in my doorstep today claiming they were refused/ unclaimed in China… not Sydney. Initially they tried to barter with me to keep them and get a lesser refund but I was so disgusted with what I received, I paid the $25 to send them back!! After tracking them for weeks, they finally cleared customs and were on route to the seller. Then nothing again for weeks till they turned up on my doorstep last week( now end of Nov). Now they are telling me they can’t refund because it’s past the 30 day refund policy! What a joke 😡😤🤬
