HORRIBLE SHIPPING EXPERIENCE
I placed an order for the hand warmers on October 27th. Today is December 2nd, and I still haven't received them. For the past 10 days, I have communicated back and forth to figure out when I will have them, and they are blaming the logistics department and putting me on hold. I have asked for my money back for a week now, and they keep stalling me and telling me to wait. They are HORRIBLE! I hope to get my money back.
