If I could give less than 1 star I would. I purchased the “New Mineral coffee mug”which was beautiful in the photo and description. However when the product was received the mug was neither beautiful or crystal! It looked like a third grader could do better. It appeared painted on acrylic mug. When I went to the web site there was no way to get satisfaction. It seemed like I was going in circles trying to find contact information. This whole site seems to be fraudulent!!
