The shoes didn’t fit my size
The shoes didn’t fit my size. I’ve already submitted 3–4 return requests, but Pane completely ignores them and never responds, even though their website says return instructions should be sent within 7 days. I do not recommend buying from this company, because returning an item is basically impossible.
