No After Sales Service or parts
I bought a Niu Gova 03 Elecric Moped in Denpasar, Bali last year. The charger is not charging the battery. I have called After Sales. They tell me that their one and only technician has been on sick leave for 4 months. Also, if I need a new battery, it will take 3-6 months to get one from China. They told me they had spare batteries but they are all gone. I think that is highly unlikely, but that is what they said. I do not advise anyone to buy a Niu in Bali has they do not have any After Sales available and no spare parts. Buying a Niu was a big mistake.
