I ordered a remap kit that I damaged…
Updated!: they messaged back saying they'd now refund the one I broke and just cancel the one I bought off their site with a 32$ label that ended up being more then what I paid on Amazon, terrible company terrible terrible terrible I ordered a remap kit that I damaged myself proceeded to buy another kit that was labeled $32 that ended up being $50 so I asked to cancel it then asked to buy just the piece I damaged they told me they can't ship to Canada but instead they would refund me for broken kit and the expensive kit waited a while and then was told they were only going to refund one kit, created lots of confusion and since I was under the impression I was going to be refunded for both I held off on buying the proper kit in the specific color I have set up for and now that they don't have that color in stock and I have a half torn apart controller. Most of my experience in the past has been great all products worked as they should, just a pretty big mess with the management..
