DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Borderline unethical and illegal This company somehow tracks delayed or cancelled flights and then pops up on you social media offering you the ability to see your compensation. Once you insert flight details etc to obtain this information, you have now signed up without knowing it. This means they now take 30% of your compensation and take 50 emails, what’s app messages etc to eventually get what is due to you. My flight was cancelled in July and it’s now November and I am still fighting with them.
