Unprofessional and Unresponsive Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with AI Humanizer. I subscribed unintentionally on December 5, 2024, and immediately requested a refund within the 3-day window stated in their refund policy. Despite following their rules and not using the service at all, my emails were completely ignored. I also tried reaching out through other platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook, but I received no response on any of them. Their complete lack of professionalism and failure to communicate is unacceptable for a company offering online services. It’s clear they do not prioritize customer support or honor their own policies. I strongly advise against using their service unless you're ready to deal with unresponsive and unreliable support.
