Absolutely terrible experience with Alibaba. Their buggy system automatically marked my $6,530 order as completed after approximately 15 days, even though it originally showed 60 days. The goods were still being shipped by sea! Because of Alibaba’s own technical failure, my buyer protection started expiring long before I could even receive and inspect my order. I’ve contacted customer support around 20 times, and all I get are useless copy-pasted responses and excuses. They completely ignore my questions and refuse to take responsibility for their broken system. Even their dispute department issued a $0 refund decision without answering whether my purchase remains protected until delivery. Three months of delays, endless frustration, zero accountability. Instead of fixing their own mistakes, they just keep avoiding direct answers. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting Alibaba’s Trade Assurance!
