If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company was absolutely frustrating. The products are of extremely poor quality, and the customer service is terrible.** The worst decision I made was purchasing from this company. I ordered a white hood for my wedding, and received a yellow hood, of questionable quality and a ridiculous appearance – which was even more disappointing considering the high price I paid. The return process was a bureaucratic nightmare, and even though I finally managed to return the product, I had to cover the return shipping costs, which were not cheap at all. They received the hood almost a month ago, and I still haven't been refunded. Every time I contact them, they ask for another 7-10 days to process the refund. What should have been a unique and special moment for any bride has turned into a nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all.
