Deceitful, partial refund never received
Ordered a mystery box in size Medium. Received 2 dresses and a cardigan, all in size Large cardigan had no tags. When I contacted customer service to inform them of the size error, I was told they couldn't exchange or refund mystery boxes despite sending the wrong size. After providing photos they promised a $10 partial refund in February it is now April and the money has never arrived. Quality of items does not reflect the $100 price tag they market themselves at. Misleading branding, broken promises and poor customer service. Avoid Edit: my order number is 164949
