Missing items, no support — Feels like a scam!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered four prints, but only received two of them. The website claims delivery within 4 business days, but it’s been over 14 days and I’m still waiting for the remaining two prints. To make matters worse, their customer support is awful. It takes several days to get a response, and even when they do reply, there’s no real resolution or update on my missing items. I feel completely ignored as a paying customer. At this point, I’m starting to question the legitimacy of this company. Is this a scam? I paid for a full order, but I’m only receiving half of it. Buyers beware — I would strongly recommend avoiding this site unless you want to risk throwing your money away.
