Avoid and source elsewhere
Ordered 3 weeks ago and promised 2 weeks delivery, local courier still hasn't received the parcel, customer service unable to give an update as to where the parcel is, and ludicrously suggests paying them more money in future because of their inability to fulfil the terms they set out. They attempt to frame the issue as impatience on my part rather than poor service on theirs. Be careful with the reviews here, there's plenty of people conflating the product itself (which might indeed be good if it arrives) with the company itself (which as far as I can tell is a reseller with nothing to do with the actual manufacturer). Even if you end up paying more elsewhere it's a price worth paying for dealing with a better company, and if you do decide to chance it with this company then make sure to use a credit card with robust consumer protection.
