Mixed experience...
This was initially a 1-star review as, for all practical purposes, their store charged $500 but never sent a confirmation email, never sent a shipping email, and customer support was unresponsive. When I did finally get an email back, it was to request details I was never given as they were already told, and the situation seemed stuck. Fast-forward to a few days later after my credit card company initiated a dispute and the original order magically appears in my email along with a shipping confirmation. That tells me that the record did exist in some form, it had just gotten "lost" somehow. The camera did arrive as advertised, it's amazing, I cancelled the dispute, and this company is reputable. I'm not sure how this happened but it is something to be mindful of, especially during periods of heavy shipping like the holidays.
