I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ReserveBar.com. Despite using fulfillment partners, ReserveBar takes no responsibility for deliveries. In my case, I received an email stating my order was delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere, even after checking with my neighbors. I reached out to their so-called customer service team, who are incredibly slow to respond. When they finally did, they provided a proof of delivery from Speed Xpress with a signature that looked like the delivery person signed for the shipment, not me. When I asked for more information, they never replied. This level of service is unacceptable. ReserveBar needs to take responsibility for their deliveries and improve their customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and advise others to avoid this company.
