Initially, the money you pay them is attractive due to the high purchasing power in their own countries. However, they fail to put in the necessary effort to bring your product to the desired level and do not fulfill their promises. They leverage the customer base you’ve built to focus solely on the clients who generate the highest sales, regardless of their own contribution. For them, the satisfaction of other clients doesn’t matter; whether you continue working with them or not is irrelevant to them. Therefore, it’s essential to manage the most critical parts of your business yourself. Success doesn’t come from relying on external sources but from your own dedication and efforts.
