Merchant shipped order after I canceled
Order placed. Order canceled within required timeframe and policy. Website clearly stated order could be canceled if IAW their policy, which it was and was acknowledged by them. Merchant engaged with questions about why I wanted to return. Then merchant stopped responding and sent the items against my request to return. Merchant said return would be at my expense - to CHINA. This is conveniently not mentioned in their return policy. Strongly recommend against doing business with this company as they engage in dishonest and unethical practices. A simple search, which I sadly did not do beforehand, will reveal many similar complaints and negative reviews.
