A star is a lot for them..it been 2 years waiting for my money refund and they are not able to check where they left them...only an email saying that the money hasnt been credited back...NEITHER DEBITED!!! They also got emails with evidence from my bank and in 21st century they are not able to track where the hell my money is??
There is not even a star for this company Me and my two other friends had delays and wanted a compensation. We applied the same day the three of us. The two of them got their money immediately, and i am waiting here from 20.12.2023 and still nothing..They got to have really bad reviews on this..their competencies are low, they are weak as a company and they do not provide all of us with our money. They need to change their name of the company because actual name does not belong to what they actually do.
