Great Product // Longer shipping than promised
Website FAQs say an order is expected to arrive in 6 business days max. I placed mine 10 business days (2 weeks) ago and it hasn’t even shipped? I understand that it’s the holiday season but at least be honest * Edit: I was contacted via call by the company promptly after my review, they told me that the order must have been lost in the mail. The representative offered to reship the order with extra filling. Excited to improve this rating once the order arrives! * Edit 2 : Really stoked about the bean bags, they're sweet! Filling was super messy and took some elbow grease to get in, could use some mechanism for using it a little easier IMO although I imagine most people are buying the prefilled bags. I used the extra filling sent to me in some of my other bean bags and am grateful they offered this as an apology for the wait! Took a lot longer in total than I expected due to shipping delays, but so worth it. There is no uncomfortable way to chill on that bag! This is one of the best companies to buy from as far as value for your money in a bean bag chair. Thank you!
