Outstanding Support – Truly Above & Beyond
I’ve been using Teeinblue for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. Not only are the products and customisation options fantastic, but what really sets Teeinblue apart is their exceptional customer service. There have been countless situations where neither my print provider nor Shopify could offer a solution—or didn’t even try—despite the issue being on their end. Teeinblue stepped in every single time and helped me resolve things quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout to Andy, who has been incredible. He has gone through my Shopify settings multiple times to identify issues, and he does it incredibly fast. His explanations are always clear, easy to follow, and often supported with screenshots, which makes everything so much smoother. What impressed me the most: even when a problem takes longer to solve and goes beyond their working hours, they never just say “let’s continue tomorrow.” They stay until it’s fully resolved. That level of dedication is rare. 100% recommended. Thank you, Teeinblue team, for your patience, professionalism, and outstanding support!
