You couldn't have a worse experience with a rental company than this..... We booked a large mountain house for $12k for 4 months. When we arrived the owner said it wasn't available. Being that I paid a $4k deposit over a month in advance I expected a place to stay when we got there, but instead we had to rent a hotel room for the night while we scrambled to find another option. However, the only option available at the time cost us $35k for 4 months. Evolve apparently rents out houses without the owner's consent and will leave you stranded without any financial responsibility to fix the problem!
