Nu Image Medical continues sending…
Nu Image Medical continues sending prescriptions, even after you have cancelled all future refills on August 4, 2024. I refused their shipment via UPS so their unopened shipment was returned. So now, I'm in a dispute with my credit card company and Nu Image Medical over a +$1,200 charge; plus they have the product (returned as unopened). Nu Image Medical apparently doesn't understand the definition of the word "CANCEL" which means to STOP all refills. Their response was, we postponed your refill and NO OTHER ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THEM, including not reversing the +$1,200 charge. Unfortunately, "CANCELLING ALL REFILLS" does not equate to postponing or delaying refills. When applying for their Way-Less product, they said a doctor would contact me and "NO doctor contacted me" at any time. They just shipped me the initial prescriptions. So Nu Image Medical doesn't comply with their own written statement or verbiag. Based on my experience with Nu Image Medical over the past 60 day, they are incompetent in running a business, they don't commutate with customers nor values customer's retention so I really question they medical skills and abilities in prescribing medical product. Therefore, my rating of them as a medical business is a fat ZERO.
