I placed my order on 12/1
I placed my order on 12/1, received notice that the shipping label was created on 12/3 and the order is on the way, I asked when the order would actually be given to the USPS - was told that it would take a few days for it to show up on the tracking, 12/9 was again told that the order was on the way, 12/12 the orders still does not show on the tracking, NO RESPONSE, today 12/17 it still does not show that the order was actually sent. The customer service STINKS! After an initial query they totally ignore any queries. I do NOT recommend this company
