DO NOT BUY.
So, as the reviews from the other poor suckers say, avoid like the plague. You dont spend £3k on a lawn mower unless there is a guarantee. Unfortunately the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. If you have a problem they will dodge and squirm, repeatedly asking you the same canned questions knowing that eventually you will lose the will to live or actually die. Its a shame because the product is good when it works, now I have a £3k paperweight. I also thought that buying through Amazon would give an additional level of security. Unfortunately Amazon are happy to profit from the scam of venders throwing guarantees around and then not honouring them. So beware of Mammotion. Only buy from them if you are happy to be made a fool of.
