Purchased a SNOW whitening kit for over £100, including the LED device, which failed within the stated 2-year warranty period. I provided proof of payment, evidence of the fault, and full correspondence. Initially support claimed they could not locate the order. After banking evidence was supplied, I was told replacement could not be provided because the company no longer ships internationally. When I requested a refund because the warranty remedy could not be fulfilled, this was refused on the basis that the order was outside the standard returns period, despite this being a faulty product warranty claim rather than a change-of-mind return. Very disappointing customer service experience and warranty handling.
