I left customer service a voicemail after hours and had an email the following morning with confirmation that my problem was solved. In a world of dumb stuff I really enjoy the opportunity to tell a boring story. As for the product itself I liked it almost immediately. This is exactly what I wanted. I love the simplicity. I was able to get some big hits after one clunky attempt. This will help me stay in a place where I feel aggressively neutral. Thanks for that.
