its a spam and unfaithful companyl! Avoid buying from them. it shipped products from China, despite that they pretend to be a UK company. They said on their website you can return products to them within 30days by emailing to their customer service first. By the time you received their products from China, 14 days have already gone. Then you email to their customer services, no response at all. So it is IMPOSSIBLE to return anything to them, let alone a return. This shifty company should be banned from importing any products to the rest of the world.
