Ordered a watch on nov 29th. Never received any updates or tracking. On dec 11 i reached out to the provided customer service email and still no response AT ALL. Tried calling help desk mailbox is full and auto hangs up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM
