Purchased a DUOTTS C29 E-bike a few weeks ago and very pleased with it so far. Quality overall seems good and it performs very well. Had an issue with the rear light, it stopped working after a few days. I contacted customer support by email and received a new light and lead within a week. Shows excellent customer support. Highly recommend.
