Warning...DO NOT send them any melted metal and/or agree to a melt test. If their XRF machine can't determine as they claim, request your metal back and find another avenue to sell. Don't settle.. Once your metal is altered by them, they will claim half purity and take you for half it's value. Gold and silver does Not disappear when melted. At that point, it's your word against theirs. What I sent them was 100% verified, so I agreed to melt test. They got me for over $500. They are not the only one's who know metals. Recommended by a Police detective?? Edit #2: High tech as using Aqua Regia solution and Sodium Metabisulfite? Yea, I know a little also. There is some science in it, but not what you're shoveling. Again folks, use at your own risk. A "melt test" is just a legal loophole to short you.
