Gold Package / Duplicate Playlists From Previous Packages / Christmas Song In Non-Christmas Playlists / Religious Song In Non-Religious Playlists
I bought their gold package with the understanding from previous conversations with their team via email that I wouldn't get added to the same playlists as if I purchased the silver package. They lied to me and I got added to the same playlists multiple times over the course of a year when purchasing different packages. Also, they have NO CLUE how to market different genres especially holiday and religious music. Why would you put holiday music in a non holiday playlist? Why would you put religious music in a non-religious playlist? That seems ridiculous. I also go by playlists per 1000 and not streams. The way it works for me is i get a ding for every 1000 playlist saves. added to my list. I can't have duplicate playlists for the same song, that won't count, and when you do multiple packages, they have a tendency to do the same playlists over and over again. So, when I purchased the Gold package after them assuring me that wouldn't happen... it did. Because of this I received +1 station from $357 spent. Highway Robbery. SMH. Unprofessional.
