I bought some other items previously that I’m happy with and came in a timely manner. Unfortunately I placed a 2nd order for 4 Custom Photo Heart Crystal Led Light Keychain - gift for anyone, dog lover, cat lover, who lost a loved one - Personalized Keychain. I twisted lid to turn on and only 1/4 works. Sad as these were Christmas gifts and no response yet.
