Nice website easy to navigate and purchase. Bad support as I have sent a support message 15 hours ago, and I have no answer about an issue on the address of the order After almost 2 months: Absolutely Ridiculous Shipping & Hidden Costs! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I placed an order expecting a reasonable delivery time, but here I am, 1.5 months later, and my package is STILL stuck in the delivery service! To make matters worse, I now have to pay €79 in extra taxes and tolls, which is half the price of the products themselves! If I had known that ordering from this country would come with such absurd hidden costs, I would have NEVER bothered. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. No clear warning about the extra charges, no real tracking updates, just endless waiting and now an outrageous extra fee. If you're thinking of ordering, DON'T—unless you enjoy wasting your time and money.
