Return Process Is Too Slow
I bought some clothes here that didn’t suit me, so I wanted to return them. However, I felt the return process was quite slow. I had to contact customer service multiple times before seeing any progress. The whole process dragged on for a long time, and it felt like I was the one pushing the return forward. I’m quite upset!
