I paid to have a Samsung A7 lite frp unlocked, it did not unlock it, i spoke to customer service and they told me i had to pay another 60+ $ to do it another way..I can not pay more as a senior citizen i can not afford it. The tablet was supposed to be a xmas gift for my grandson...thanks for nothing DrFone Edit: They did give me a full refund after this review.
