UPDATE: The Tispy Elves representative who replied to this comment never contacted me. Customer services never responded to any of my requests. Jacket seems fine but if there are any issues, they won't lift a finger to fix them. At the minimum, I'd expect a shipping refund as they missed their guaranteed delivery date by 5 days. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by today so I would have ski jacket in time for my vacation. Just checked what time it would be delivered and they haven't even given it to UPS yet!! They are not responding customer service requests.
