Helpdesk is amazing!
For starters, thank you for having a 24/7 customer support via Whatsapp; pretty much everybody uses Whatsapp nowadays, so that makes contacting Truely a real breeze! I had a few issues getting access to the data plan that I purchased through Truely’s app, but upon contacting them I was promptly helped by Azzahra. He/she was really patient with me and even asked me to provide screenshots throughout the process, to make sure that I was on the right track! With that guidance I was able to resolve my issue and got the access to the data in less than 10 minutes.
