Average Customer Service, Unfamiliar with Return Process
After making a purchase, I decided to return it because it wasn’t suitable and I wanted to exchange it. When I contacted customer service for the return, their attitude wasn’t very friendly, and their replies felt somewhat dismissive. They were also unfamiliar with the return process, and their guidance was unclear, which made the return process a bit troublesome and left me feeling dissatisfied!
