This company is a farce STAY AWAY!!
This company is a farce. I ordered a table from them, was told it was out of stock, but they won't issue a refund. They keep telling me I can choose another item- first I would get a 10% discount, then they tried saying I could buy a more expensive item than the table I purchased. However, I don't like the other tables. They refuse to give me a refund. Stay away from this company no matter what! Also, look at Facebook. There are also complaints of fraud on that platform. **EDIT- They wrote such a nice letter, didn't they? Let me tell you. They sent 8 emails trying to get me to accept gifts (probably so they could claim I received the item), or find another item, or get a partial refund. It went from 10% off an item, to 15% off an item, to 20% item of higher value, to the same, but with a gift, to them accusing me of cancelling the item, to 30% higher value, to me calling them idiots, to refunding me 80% of the money due to processing fees, to refunding 90% of my money, to me explaining to them that they are in breach of contract and nonperformance via a seller's breach. Finally, I went to Facebook, Reddit, Trust Pilot, and contacted my credit card for a refund. At this point, I got a nice letter that I could get a full refund, but only if I stopped the dispute with my credit card. Alas, it was too late. They've eroded any trust that I had with them. Don't believe the nice letter they wrote. Do not trust them.
