Bad experience
Bad experience. I am sorry to say that I had the same experience as the previous reviewers. The purchase has not arrived yet. Bought it as a Christmas gift. No reply to emails. There is no other communication channel. There are no options to cancel the order and get a refund. It is difficult to read all these responses from CraftHub when there is no "dedicated customer service" to respond and take responsibility. I hope to receive a real answer soon.
