No communication and delayed receipt.
UPDATE 07/02/2025: Out of nowhere, we received the ordered item. No communication was received and it was impossible to get in contact with anyone to follow-up. Turns out it is not a "Ghost Site" as my previous review says, just a badly run site. The product, when received, appears pretty good quality too. Which was unexpected. ORIGINAL 16/12/2024: Ordered a top for a Christmas present. Remember reading email receipts. I don't have them anymore!? No delivery received. No emails when looking for them. Nada. Any 5 star review here is not legitimate. This is a scam website. Do not use.
