Steer clear! Not worth the hassle.
Steer clear! I ordered my puzzle on November 20th. On December 6th I received an email saying that it had shipped. The email provided a tracking button; however the tracking function didn’t work half the time and the other times it just showed the initial label creation for Nov 30th with no other info. On Dec 20th I finally received an email saying my package had arrived (which it hadn’t) and an extra blurb saying if I hadn’t seen it, it was probably still at my local post office. The strangest, most frustrating, process I’ve ever been through. We’ll see if it actually arrives. You would think ordering it over a month ago would give it plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. Even if the puzzle does arrive and is in good condition, I’m never purchasing from them again.
