Order is shipped to wrong address
I've ordered a battery (order number #WTUA1248), and they sent it to the incorrect city. Instead of Cherkasy, they sent to Chernihiv. Maybe for them it's the same. I've asked for support, but they said it's OK. Then, after the second letter, they investigated the issue and helped me. It seems it was a career mistake, but WattCycle's first reply was incorrect. So 4 stars
