At this point this review will seem redundant. I ordered a Middle Earth Puzzle for my wife Dec 9th. I reached out to customer service and was assured it would be hear for xmas. The tracking number provided said the label was printed but not shipped. I hoped it would arrive on time, but here is it Christmas morning and nothing. I will never order from the again, told them to cancel my order and have appealed the charge to my credit card.
