Received my package late, emailed the company for a return and refund. Crickets. They were all about emailing me when I was attempting to cancel the order because it wasn't going to arrive in time, but now that I want to send it back, nothing. Edit 1/24/25: The company reached out and has offered me a full refund. So I've bumped to three stars. I still don't understand why the package went from California all the way to New York before coming to Washington.
